  : Excellent location, good apartment size, and room placement polite and good staff, neat and clean overall.
  : Overall, it was good, experience which could have been better if following was available;- Dishwasher- Hand washing Soap - Drinking water along with a few tea bags or coffee (at least once at the time of check-in).- Fresh Beddings and towels (they were washed but quite old).

  : location was decent. short walk from galata tower.
  : we checked in thursday afternoon & we was provided with no towels until friday evening. i find this an absolute standard/compulsory to have fresh towels upon check in. Staff where in no rush to resolve problem. Our room was not cleaned once in a 5 night stay. Im not sure if this is normal in this hotel but find it difficult to understand as there was no cleaning products/equipment to do ourselves. we had to use shopping bags for rubbish when cleaning ourselves. air con unit was not very good/efficient. We had to leave the window open as the AC was not up to scratch. resulting in multiple mosquito bites during the night.Not all the staff but most of the staff had no drive to resolve issues stated. One lad at reception was very helpful & spoke great English which helped.

  : I do not advise anyone to enter this filth. I barely changed the teapot with a relatively clean one. There is no elevator, which is inconvenient. There was no water for 1 day.

  : Good location near the Galata Tower!The hotel is located nearby the metro station, so the location is ideal for visiting Istanbul and you don't need other means of transport at all because the metro system is extremely well organized.Friendly hotel staff, apartments are spacious and solidly decorated!All in all, a recommendation for young people and families who want to be in the center of events!
  : Maybe pay a little more attention to small repairs and maintenance, such as the wobbly shower bracket and window curtains, little things that can spoil the ideal picture, but nothing terrible!

  : Large apartment - 501 - top floor ' penthouse ' - fifth floor with great terrace and excellent views over the Bosporus with the Galata Tower just behind. Location perfect and my goodness what a busy evening area - so buzzy in a good way. Arrived at 12.30 and room ready which was good as check in time 2pm. Reception arranged for a prompt taxi car to get us to the airport quickly when we left.
  : We spent 8 nights in Istanbul and the Princes Islands in three different locations and we found the air conditioning at GHH to be weak in comparison. Not us but some people might prefer there to be a lift. Had to ask for extra towels / sheets / toilet roll when should have already been provided.
