  : I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews but honestly it doesnt reserve this high ratings, hotel location is good near to Taksim sq. and metro access but in a narrow dirty street didnt feel safe while returning back at night , hotel rooms need renovation wall paper, painting, bathroom actually everything thing need renovation, we changed our room and both rooms had issues ( shower cabinet was broken, no shower hang, other room has electrical issues ) in addition to what i said earlier of the needed renovation there are fungus at the bathroom corners, paints and wall paper peeled all over the room only one pillow for each person and not comfortable Breakfast can be better it is very basic and breakfast area is in a very tiny area u difficulty move around the tables to bring the food

  : On multiple occasions at this hotel, I have encountered instances where certain members of the staff displayed a lack of professionalism. However, it is worth noting that the rooms were well-maintained. I would like to extend my gratitude to the manager and owner for their courteous demeanor and sincere efforts in assisting me.
  : I encountered an issue with a member of the hotel staff. I had brought certain items with me from Israel and had specifically requested for them to be stored in the freezer. Despite reiterating this requirement multiple times to ensure they were placed in the freezer and not the refrigerator, I was assured that there would be no issue. However, after a few days, I was disheartened to uncover that my belongings had been disposed of by Maryam, a staff member. Regrettably, Maryam not only failed to seek my input but also denied any involvement in the matter.
