  : Bed was comfortable, breakfast in near by restaurant was ok though only one plate and two coffee is free. The location is very central and close to metro.
  : No elevator and the room size of mine is small.

  : - super helpful reception and very good customer service- breakfast is 2-3mins walk away at Guney restaurant with good breakfast options, you will literally eat with the galata tower infront of you and no crowds buzzing around is you go like 8 or 9 in the morning- wifi is decent- bed and pillows were comfy, our room is bigger than usual- we have a nice balcony but dont expect too much about the galata view its only a peak of it, the fire exit stairs are also very accessible from your room (we book the galata view option btw) - room has the basic amenities (toiletries / coffee and tea)- no elevator, bit of exercise is good- no keycard, you need to put the assigmed code for you- train is like 10mins walk away, its kind of hilly so you will need to exercise going up and down when you want to roam around- the galata tower area is super crowded especially in the afternoon, still noisy at night when we are about to sleep lije 11pm but we did sleep well anyway. Woke up to a peaceful morning and no crowds!- please stay here if you are visiting istanbul, love this hotel.
