  : Location is fantastic. Walking distance to some of the great historical sights of Istanbul, and plenty of tasty restaurants and shops nearby, as well as access to trams. Room was compact but had everything we needed and was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Also great shower!. The staff at reception were fantastic. Always happy to help and give advice where needed - really felt they went the extra mile.
  : Breakfast wasnt amazing. While we appreciated the range of Turkish food on offer, there was nothing to tell us what the foods were. Only cows milk was available for cereal, and it wasnt kept cool. Breakfast staff had limited English so it was difficult to determine what some of the foodstuffs were. Also water didnt seem to be replenished during the morning. While our room was mostly quiet, when people moved into the room next door we could hear their conversations etc.

  : The location is excellent near most of the most important tourism sites of Istambul.
  : There is some confusion with Aprilis, Aprilis Gold and Aprilis Deluxe Hotels, all near by.

  : The location is the biggest plus. Its a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. And the hotel staff is very helpful. Especially zgr with his pleasant smile was always eager to help and made sure we had everything we needed. Berdan and Sercan too was very helpful at the front desk and helped us quite a lot with directions and the taxi. Breakfast isnt splendid but you will find enough to feel satisfied. The photos of the hotel and the rooms are not very realistic of the actual state but its not to say that anything was dirty or broken. But its the general state of affairs with many other hotels in Istanbul that the pictures are not very realistic. Overall a nice experience. Would book again due to the hospitality and the proximity to the iconic sites
  : The bedding was stiff and a bit old. The lighting in the rooms were a bit dull. Breakfast could be revamped for the price you are paying.

  : Checking in at the reception by Ibrahim Kilic was not welcoming, no pleasantries, no sign of being approachable, as a supposedly 4* hotel, keys were handed without a smile and were sent on our way. From day 1, Shower tray was blocked and leaking from under shower tray which made the floor wet and a dangerous floor.. Told Ibrahim regarding this immediately but nothing was done that night. Again reported to reception manned by Ercan Yalcin who just became defensive and didn't want to fully hear the issues and spoke abruptly saying it will be sorted. We stayed 9 nights and the issue was never resolved. Had to put towels on the floor to make the floor safe. Reported a constant dripping noise in the AC unit which kept us up at night never got resolved. Reported fridge not working not resolved during our entire stay. Fridge was left in the middle of the room for all day , all night. Followed by a reception guy knocking on the room door 10 pm to try and resolve the issue. Same breakfast every morning, worst thing was discovering a basket full of mouldy bread, which was reported to the staff. The good reviews I have read before booking this hotel did not live up to expectations. I expected a lot more from a 4* hotel, I think the good reviews are a lie and some how being manipulated. Had a audio of the AC noise but could not upload, sorry.

  : The hotel is perfect located in the center. You can easily walk to the best spots and restaurants, although it is quiet enough. Breakfast is very good and well sorted, but not outstanding. Rooftop bar is nice but sadly empty. But in case of, wed join into the hotel again.

  : It was ideally situated near transport, the most important sights and the staff were incredible!If we went oout and came back tired, they would offer us some delicious coffee ortea without any charge. The rooms were beautifully appointed and when you required service, it was done within seconds!
  : Ideally situated, a stones throw from the most important sights, well appointed and extremely neat. A small boutique hotel - excellent value for money!
