: Clean and comfortable, variety of food, great and attentive staff
: One large swimming pool for all ages, would have liked more variety for adults. The whole estate's walking paths are under direct sun during the day. Tall palm trees are pretty at night but provide zero shade. That kept us from walking during the day and exploring.

: All staffs were very helpful and nice with guests. Everything was clean. The food was awesome.
: It was silent. There was no music around the pool (except the aqua sport time). The activities should be announced on boards more obviously. There were less participants. Several activities are organized for the same time periods, they shouldnt be scheduled in parallel sessions.

: Great Staff! everyone from reception to restaurant and beach are extremely friendly and focused on guests have great vacation. special thank you to the person who was maintaining the beach, its extremely tough job, but he was there non stop cleaning/ fixing staff. Same for the reception desk team, patient and willing to help.
: property is all great, nothing to complain about. team takes feedback seriously and addresses the issues, e.g. last year internet connection on the beach was not good, this year its was super fast!

: Good breakfast and activities. Staff pleasant.
: Lunch and dinner options couldve varied more day to day and definitely a different themed dinner each night wouldve been good such as Chinese, Japanese or Indian. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and found it hard to sleep well each night. Entertainment really needs to improve and be more varied. We watched a dance act for 10 mins which I didnt find very family friendly due to outfits worn and dance moves. Music throughout could be more up to date.
