: - Near the side of the sea - good location. - Room is spacious and had all amenities required. - Clean and tidy
: - Breakfast is served at 10:00 - later than in most regular hotels - terminal malfunctioned, and later I found it actually charged from my 2 cards for the same room. Probably this is due to technical error, however, still not something I wanted to experience. - no proper handover between night and day shift - i mentioned that we may extend for one more day, only to find out that our room was given to another guests at a very late stage. This has caused a lot of time losing for us. If we have been told in the morning that room was already booked, there will not be an issue.

: We stayed in the penthouse room for 7 days. Location was great, right in the middle of Calis beachfront and beside the taxi office. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room itself was kept clean and everything was in working order (having access to a washing machine during our hols was a game changer). View from the balcony was great

: Location is great, right on the prom with superb views. 1 minute to the beach and few minutes walk to dolmus and water taxi. Apartment very modern and fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for 2 people. Georges Restaurant serves very good meals if you don't feel like cooking or going out. Balcony was small but big enough for 2 to sit on comfortable chairs. Big bonus is a lift if you don't or can't do stairs. Staff are lovely, will look after you and do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
: Wifi can be patchy but got round it most times we needed it. Water pressure very low in our 2nd floor apartment and quite often couldn't get a decent flow of hot water. This meant we couldn't use the shower from the mains but used the electric one that had been installed but it was quite high up so I struggled to switch it on. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
