  : We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is relaxed and casual, consisting of separate individual bungalows located right on the beach. Each bungalow had a little porch and was surrounded by fruit trees and beautiful gardens. The breakfast each morning with a view of the beach was amazing. Very efficient and polite service.
  : The bungalow rooms are practical and comfortable enough for a short stay. While we were satisfied overall, I would note that you shouldn't expect a luxury experience. This is a a casual, beach vibe hotel. The bungalows are a bit dated, showing signs of wear and age. There were also ants in the room. Having travelled extensively, I understand that in some settings avoiding insects is nearly impossible, so the ants did not bother us, but this could be a red flag for travellers with different expectations.

  : its a lovely place where we had been before many years earlier. Situated on a lovely beach and beautiful gardens.
  : The restaurant is now much smaller and has less choice. The breakfast is still delicious but forthe remaining meals we mostly went elsewhere. Since we had been there last the former restaurant has been converted into a bungalow. While its conversion is maybe a good idea the implementation is not 100% successful. There is now no communal indoor space and the bungalow is not as cozy inside as maybe other bungalows. (however its fab that it has a sauna!)

  : the property was stunning, like a secret garden. The beach was also very beautiful and easily accessible. staff was kind and helpful. breakfast was amazing.
  : everything was very nice. the houses could use a little more upkeep but they were still quite comfortable.

  : Perfect location. The bungalows are big enough, well equipped and cosy yet simple. Free bicycles at each bungalow. Breakfast was perfect.
  : - There was no hot water in the evening. - There was a water leakage from the toilet and it smelled. - The "small things" were not perfect (like some light bulbs were broken, etc).

  : It's in a nice place. Right on the beach. Nice place for families with children. The bungalows have air conditioning which, depending on which time of the year you go, can be a very important feature. The kitchen is outside the living/sleeping area, like a separately made section when you walk out the door. The kitchen has almost everything. There is no washing machine - if you can't wash by hand you can have it washed for a fee. The bungalow we stayed in (Aphrodite) had a very dense ant population. Although the manager did his best to help, it is one of the inevitable elements of staying in a place like Cirali (ral) with such a wonderful nature. There is a market (Zakkum) right outside where you can buy most of your needs. It's usually quiet, safe and peaceful around, but free-range chickens on the premises can and will wake you up at 5am.
  : A washing machine would be nice. The kitchen, especially if you turn on the oven, can get incredibly hot and it's impossible to do anything inside -a fan is necessary.

  : Amazing location and views, lovely and generous breakfast, real laid back feel. Personal bungalow with Aircon.
  : Struggled a little to check-in, arrived late in the evening (having notified via the app and had that 'accepted') and couldn't find any staff or reach them via phone until other guests came across us and were able to contact someone on our behalf.

  : Fantastic location on a protected turtle nesting beach. Totally amazing breakfast with super friendly staff, cats and chickens.
  : Better lighting in the room. Table in the room. Shower door needed a bit of attention.

  : The proximity to the beach, the garden of the property, a very comfortable bed and pillows and a hammock.
  : I cant recommend the Arcadia Hotel. Its a rundown property with maybe two bungalows in front that are looking better maintained. It doesnt deserve either the 4-stars or the money that it charges. Its an overpriced place with poor or no management, bad and unreliable, random service, and unprofessional and unkind staff. I stayed there for 10 nights and not just that I didnt get the bungalow that I booked but the smallest one, but it took them 3-5 days of my stay to fix the safe, fridge, light in the bathroom to name couple of the issues that bungalow had from the day 1. The unreliable or not working at all internet was another thing. Cleaning of the bungalow was according to their random plans not my needs. The problem werent just the issues themself but the attitude of the staff. The receptionist insulted me repeatedly and the cook, who seemed nice, invited himself to a dinner with me and I needed to deal with that too. Its not how one wants to spend holidays or any day for that matter. I knew Cirale, it wasnt my first time there and I came for the beautiful nature, the sea, swimming and I got that, but the hotel experience was an awful one. I stayed because it was a non-refundable option and because I liked the garden and the location close to the sea but every contact with the hotel staff was a pain. I always valued Turkey for the beautiful nature, great food, and hospitality. It doesnt seem to be any left of the latter. If you are not a Turkish or Turkish speaking couple or family I wouldnt go to this hotel even if it was for free.
