  : The location, the cleaning, the room.
  : When we had an issue, the most that we didnt like was the attitude of the receptionist and the director of the facility. The lady who run the facility was very rude over the phone and blamed us. The issue was: our shopping bag full of groceries was disappeared from the room. Instead of solving and helping us, the lady in the reception called the person, I believe the owner of the hotel. The owner told us: you are taking my time, you are telling somebody stoled your stuff, then call the police. Finally, we found our shopping bag in their garbage!! The cleaning lady throw away our bag to the garbage! But no apologies or anything from the administration of this hotel. The hotel does not know how to help their guests with the issues. And even can blame you and make you feel guilty. Do not recommend this place, they dont know the customer service ethics. It is basic communication skills and willingness to help, unfortunately administration missing those skills, and ruined our stay.

  : No fresh coffee...just instant cofee for breakfast. Generally poor breakfast.

  : A bit special access by car. The mosque nearby is particularly loud.

  : The property is in the city centre, everything is close from pharmacies and grocery stores to restaurants and cafes, the room is spacious and the beds are comfortable, the lady at reception with the glasses ( im sorry i didnt learn your name) was very polite and accommodating, and whenever we asked something she did everything she can to help us.
  : The room is very dirty, the floor was not clean the bed sheets and blankets had particles on them, the bathroom is poorly designed you can barely sit down on the toilet because of poor decoration, you can hear the drainage pipes behind you while you are sitting on the toilet, we had a car and the location was terrible to get in and out, the bed had garbage under it.

  : Location in the center. Tea and water in the rooms. Breakfast is simple but not bad
  : when checking in women at the desk requested for children of 2 and 5 years old an additional payment 20 euros FOR EACH (2 years old!). I didn't even need a bed for a child, but no one is interested in this.neighbors can be heard in the rooms even if they are talking quietly. Shower heads were broken in both 2 rooms
