  : I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience at Megasaray from December 29, 2023, to January 2, 2024. My family and I expected a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations.Upon our 18:30 check-in, we were greeted by dirty footprints in our room, contradicting the assurances of a clean, protected environment with an antimicrobial shield and nano-technology. To our dismay, the shower walls were covered with someone else's hair, blatantly exposing the false promises made by the hotel.The main restaurant, despite offering delicious food, was a chaotic scene with a severe lack of tables and chairs. The neglect of cleanliness was evident, with visible dust clinging to the chandeliers.Contrary to the hotel's claims, the overall cleanliness was shockingly inadequate. This is particularly distressing for me as I've never encountered such cleanliness conditions in Turkey. I've always believed in the high cleanliness standards of Turkish hotels, but this experience has shattered that belief.This experience has left me deeply disturbed and compelled to caution fellow travelers. If you prioritize a clean and honest environment, I strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodation options.
