  : We stayed there for 7 nights and everything was good. The first room they gave us had a poor seaside view and had a poor balcony, we really could not get out into the balcony. So we stayed there for 1 night. On the following morning, we asked to move and they gave us another room and that was good. A good balcony. The breakfast was really good and is served from 7am to 10am and then 11am on Saturday and Sunday. There is a wide verity of food on offer for every person and the quality is overall good for Turkish standards. Maybe not for international standards. We had breakfast included with the booking. It's a buffet breakfast, all you can eat. The hotel is about 20 years old, so it is outdated, but still looks and feels really good, especially in the key features of the hotel and the main lobby and exterior. The hotel is good . The staff are friendly and helpful and can speak English. Most of them. Although they don't know a lot of information about the area. The indoor pool is a good size 15m x10m with a child area with sauna, steam room, showers, and heated floor. Clean and fresh and looks good. The outdoor pool is really good and is fabulous, 45m x 15m approximately. Clean and fresh and in good condition. Also, a lot of sun loungers . There is a nice terrace area if you can call it. Where you can eat breakfast. There are plentiful staff around the hotel. They provide free water bottles every day and replace them. Same with coffee and tea. Tea cups and kettle and many others e.g. gowns and towels and iron board. My bed was too hard, so they added mattress toppers. Which was not enough. It was like a duvet. So they came and added another 2 layers of topper (duvet). Which made it OK. Lift is good and there are 4 of them. The hotel is safe at night and day. There is security 24 hour. They give you complimentary drinks per customer on the first day of checking in. Not a 5-star hotel, 4 star to UK standard.
  : The shower gel, the blue one I think is poor. Not quality doesn't lather up. The bed was too hard for my liking and is old in my experience. Felt like sleeping on concrete. It's not recommended to drink tap water. But it's OK to drink. But that's not their problem. It's a Turkish national thing. They need to do buffet evening meals for free like breakfast. The bath wabbles and bounces a bit. Needs replacing too old and water drained slowly because of the small pipes. That's what the man who came to fix it said. A lot of road noise comes in depending on what side you stay in the morning at 7am onwards. The price is too high. It should be 10/15% lower. They need more hooks near the bath and shower and a shelf to put your undressing clothes on The hotel is quite far from the old town, need to take a taxi. Cost around 250tl I think. Public transport e.g bus Information needs to be provided and times. As taxis are too expensive. In the steam room there was hot water dripping from the ceiling onto our skin (maybe this you can't do anything about) The showers where the sauna is and inside the pool is too cold. need hot water, please. Need USB A, B and C ports in line with today's technological needs. The piano lady could not play Coolio (I See You When You Get There) or Tupac (changes) or Biggie Small, (juicy) The restaurant on the 10th floor and first floor is too expensive and hence we went out to eat and that's why it had no customers. Quite far from the main tourist spots need a taxi to get around. The photos online have been stretched and the room looks bigger online, but it's actually smaller. Overall it's a good stay just the price is too high, need to be more value for money.
