  : Very well located in the middle of old city but quiet, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the pool big and also clean, those two puppies really lovely.
  : Problems with the fridge and air conditioning, breakfast was almost the same every day, but consistent.

  : Good location, quiet street. Nice breakfast (but probably not so nice to order in every day).
  : The room didn't look like "superior" at all. It was really dirty, the floor was'n washed. There was only 1 cleaning of the room for 10 days. The point of the "cleaning" was adding toilet paper and shower gel, and that's all. Bed linen was not changed. Bad quality of towels, with the threads sticking out. Bathroom was awful! There was no shower cabin, just a hole in the floor, the floor was always wet. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door open just to let the floor dry. The washbasin was hard to use because of short mixer reach.

  : The hotels location is perfect. It is in the heart of the old city. You can reach out to anything you want. It has a cozy garden in its middle. You feel like at home. The staff are very friendly.
  : The light in the room is low and the size of the room is a little bit small.

  : The rooms were clean, white crisp linen. Location was way better than expected. We unfortunately didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to try the restaurants in the area. We did however have lunch at the hotel and the food is amazing. We will definitely be back. Have already recommended this hotel to family and friends. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing! Especially to Kerrim ( not sure if I am spelling his name right) for always going the extra mile.
  : There was very little too not like. What I would say is that I was a bit disappointed that the room didn't come complimentary teas and coffees like other hotels. I did however get over my disappointment very quickly.

  : didnt have a cot for our first night, power kept tripping while in shower, card machine not working. same breakfast everyday. Alright for solo travellers but not ideal for a family stay.
