: The hotel was clean and kitchen was well equipped but the room was smaller than my expectation by photos. The people in the reception desk know English which was a good point. The air conditioner was very good in hot weather of Antalya.
: The room was small and elevator did not work sometimes. The locker had problem and the noise in room was high.

: The young Ukrainian receptionist Yevgini was extremely rude, moody and always had a face on and very argumentative. For a good apart hotel like this I strongly believe staff needs to have adequate training in the hospitality sector as having someone like him as a forefront is not good practice. Rooms are pretty small. In fact very small.

: Good location, only 5 min walk from the beach. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool is good. Lots of good restaurants around, but the area is pretty quiet. Staff are friendly, but especially Alp (hope I spelled his name right) who was absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly, my little girl called him her friend! Laundry service is great, 10 items allowance, very useful when you are on holiday! The kitchen has everything you need to cook
: We had to buy all the soaps, dish soap, shampoos and stuff. It only had one shower gel in the shower, for the price I'd say it is not enough. Would be great to have two remotes to control a/c as it is not convenient to go from room to room to adjust the temperature, especially at night The soundproofing is not too good, could hear neighbours, so if you are not lucky and they are noisy , the stay would be really not nice. We had a couple of sleepless nights.

: The location and staff was brilliant.
: Although the rooms was sound proof but when guests was walking up and down the stairs it was making a lot of noise and it was waking us up early morning when the guest were going for breakfast. The hallway floor is made of stone tiles and when the guest had flip flops walking up and down it was making a lot of noise and it was hard to get some sleep especially when you on beach holiday and just want to relax.
