  : We were happy with everything. The location is perfect. Was just 5 min walking to our dentist clinic Villa Lara. The staff is brilliant, they are really super stars, the room is big and comfortable, the breakfast is average but if you wish some extras they will cook it for you no problem for extra money. There's actually a good menu so you can have lunch and dinner in the hotel as well. The pool is great and it's nice pool area as well with sunbeds, tables so you can have a good relaxing time. There are lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bars just 5 min walk from the hotel. Its is 5 min on the taxi to the Lara sand beach and it costs 4. About 20 min by taxi to the old town. So plenty what to do and to see. We stopped for two weeks in the Niss Lara hotel and can recommend it.

  : My experience in this hotel was so bad, im genius level 3 and this my first time to give a bad review..First of all, the guy on reception does not know anything about being polite or nice or even doing his workHe wasted our time, make us wait to 5 pm to give me my room, he thinks that the costumers doesn't matter at all, he is rude and i was so angry about this but he didn't careThe hotel in my opinion is not ready to host guests, they should first learn how to treat a client..Breakfast is not rich, it better to eat outsideRooms are not like the pictures, they are different I booked 4 superior rooms and they give me something else, something more small and doesn't look like the rooms i booked, when i told them about that they didn't care at allWe forgot a couple of things in the rooms, and told them after an 1 hour after we left, and they told us that they didn't find anything..I didn't like the hotel at all,and i don't recommend it..If the hotel was not clean or the location is not good or the breakfast is not rich i wouldn't write this reviewWhat im talking about is bigger than a dirty room or poor breakfast, its how to treat people, people that they saw nice pictures and decided to book based on that, people that they invested time and money to stay there, people who are the only thing that you should care about, and yet, you don'tYou should change the whole staff, change the hotel name,and start all over again with a different mentalityyou can't do that to people.

  : The closet was broken and the doors did not move, so I could not get a blanket which was in it. It was too late to call for help with this. The shower is leaking onto the bathroom floor although its door was closed. There was a dirty light bulb on the ceiling in the bathroom and nothing more. The breakfast is ridiculously poor, nothing to choose from, with instant coffee (!!). And this is a 3 star hotel.
