  : They took more money than the price listed on booking.com, if you choose to book with them avoid it online and opt for paying at the property instead.

  : Not only the room, the whole hotel was clean and modern with a good lift and lighting. Check-in was easy and lots of restaurants and tourist places nearby. Ideal for a short stay And good value for money.

  : The location was just infront of Mark antalya literally just a 2 min walk.
  : The beds were covered in bed bugs! Our booking was made for multiple rooms and each room had a bug issue resulting in multiple bites and extreme itching so we all got bitten. It was one of the worst hotels ever. There is no proper bathing or showering facility just a wet room with a shower head positioned over the toilet. The toilet didn't work and stunk of sewage. My kids were put off using the bathroom as they saw lines of ants everywhere. The hotel was noisy through the night with people shouting and doors slamming and the hotel staff thought a good way to combat this was to go on to each floor at 7pm and particularly into one of our rooms where 2 children were playing on their ipads and shout at them to be quiet and to shhh. I assume this wasn't an isolated case as the same rude staff member was heard telling another guest in the hallway in a confrontational manner "what's your problem?" If staff are not capable of basic good customer service they should not be front of house and more so should definitely not be entering people's rooms to scare and frighten young children.
