  : First night we arrived around 10pm, We were welcomed with passports, no hello, no welcome, not even eye contacts from the front desk staff. I asked 2 simple questions and he didnt bother to answer, said to come back later in the morning. We were shocked as the hotel has 5 star and the service from reception is worse than a roadside motel. Another occasion We asked if we could store our luggage after checkout and leave it overnight as we need check out around 4am For a tour We would pick it up the next day. The female receptionist said come back and ask in 2 days before your checkout date. She basically told us to piss off and that she doesnt care, go ask someone else. We came back the day before we check out to ask about luggage storage situation and this time another lady said yes you can store it. We specifically told her we will leave very early 3-4 am and she said no problem we can store luggage. And when we check out, the man at reception refused to store our luggage, saying he cant do anything about it and that the luggage room is closed until 8am. We explained that the lady told us there should not be any issue storing luggage at 4am but he kept refusing. So we were left with absolutely 0 option and had to pay another place to store our luggage. Unbelievable experience for a 5 star hotel. I worked in hotels for 4 years and of all the places i worked, we always help guests store their luggages without hassle. This was outrageous for what considered 5 star services. Receptionists in this hotel dont want to do their job, keep pushing responsibility onto others and avoid customers at all cost.
