: the hotel is nice and comfortable. we have booked two seaview rooms and they were very nice and clean and view was really perfect the garden and pools were perfect too. and sweeties were very tasty. Overall, this is a normal hotel for the price.
: restaurant was very dirty waiters didn' do nothing. and there was a worst food same food every day, same salades and potatoes. the hotel has more opportuniti, but they have very bad management i will never go here again!

: This wa a the worst experience of my life. I arrived at this hotel with the expectation to pay at the property. My payment was taken and then I was told that WI-FI isnt free its 10 per person on top of that after taking payment I was told the hotel was overbooked and there wasnt a room Available for me. They waited until I paid before telling me this. They promised they would take us to their sister hotel which was near the sea and give us a sea view room like I paid for. We accepted this and went to this sister hotel. It was the worst place I have ever been to the hotel was called adventura hotel and it was dirty and dingy. Our room there was ground floor with a lovely view of the carpark. It was disgusting there were bugs everywhere. On top of that when I looked up the price per night of the this hotel is was considerably cheaper than what I had paid. The food was also inedible. We were promised that when we check out at 12pm there would be someone waiting to take us to the Maralis hotel when we checked out there was no one there until 1:30 we asked the desk to call them multiple times but they didnt show up. Obviously I went and asked for a refund of the difference between the rooms and conveniently the manager wasnt there the day we came back. We were given a room on the 7th floor and were given the WIFI free of charge and were told this was good will gesture. I was still not happy with the situation and tried to speak to the manager multiple times finally got a hold of him on my last night and asked for a refund for the first night were the manager told me smugly that he would not give me a penny and to go to booking.com which I did but I havent heard back from. This is not 5 star. I thought that I was the only one that experienced this on the first night but no most people experienced this or even worse conditions on their first night. Its not worth any money to stay here. I wish I had booked somewhere else.
