  : The hotel is conveniently located outside of the city centre and easily accessible from the Slovenia Sea highway. It features 24h front desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a hotel parking but due to its bad accessibility theyve recommend me to find parking spot on the street and only if I would fail, theyd show me where the parking was. If you are on the proper side, youll have beautiful view of the Sljeme hill. Breakfast does not offer many options but is good.
  : Unfortunately, during my stay, I forgot some items in my room. Nobody from the hotel has contacted me about my forgotten items and I had to call them several times to get confirmation that they have found them, so I could arrange a friend to pick them for me. I would expect that in an event I forget my belongings in a hotel, the hotel tries to contact me. They had my phone number, or they could have contacted me via Booking.com. If they already didnt contact me, Id expect that a notice is given to the reception so when I call, they can tell me that they found it, not that I have to call several times being told that they didnt know and to call later once a person from other shift comes and then again to call next day when somebody else comes.

  : Terrible receptionist attitude, no welcoming gestures. I arrived with 2 suitcases and the receptionist didn't eaven offer help, just pointed out where the stairs were. When I asked what time was the breakfast, he was making fun of me, and when I asked about traffic info, I just got a reply to look on the Internet. The room wasn't really worth of money, and the location was just far from everywhere, far from the city centre and far from bus station and airport. I've been travelling for 10 years, and never had such a bad reception.
