  : Property is in a good location and the water park is pretty fun. The restaurant is nice and the food isnt too bad considering its buffet style.
  : The bathrooms in our rooms werent necessarily the cleanest. There was mold in both bathtubs and they looked outdated.

  : The strenghts of this hotel are definitely - the large rooms - the very comfortable beds (slept really well!) - the enormous pool area and small water park - a dream for kids - the value for money of the included meals - closeness to the beach
  : As in many hotels of this type, the total lack of system to guarantee a sun lounger for all guests causes a lot of unnecassary stress - that could easily be avoided by putting in place some simple rules. But because there aren't any rules, it just comes down to "first come, first serve" with the classic towel laying to reserve a lounger. In this hotel, it was even worse, since there were far too little loungers to accomodate all guests. There was a general rule saying reservering sun lounger with a towel is not allowed, but anyone who wanted to make sure they could use one during the day, did it anyaway. When we complained about this, the answer was simply that they couldn't do anything.I don't get why hotels refuse to tackle this problem, since it doens't guarantee the same, nice experience to all guests. Now you get:- sun beds reserved with towels from as early as 6.30 am. By 7.30 am all were taken, leaving people checking in in the afternoon for ex. no choice but to go sit in the grass or do something else all thogether- guests fighting over loungers and parasols (aah, a nice fight, such a relaxing experience while on holiday)- people who payed more for their room, got less for their moneyIn my view, putting some simple rules in place would help a lot to guarantee a relaxing experience to all guests - aside of offering more sun loungers of course!For example;- no sun loungers are allowed to be taken up before 8 am- you can only use hotel pool towels on a lounger. These towels are being distributed from 8 am and you can only get as many as there are guests over 12 years old in the room you get the towels for. You need to return the towels before 8 pm.- if your sun lounger is unoccupied for 1/2 hour, the towel gets taken away by the staff and other guests get to use the lounger.Other points that can be improved:- airconditioning in the rooms (worked only very poorly)- friendliness of some of the personnel (eg.

  : I like the resort, the pools are awesome, ideal for kids. The sea is just a few minutes away and there is a small sandy beach mage for kids. Planty of activities organized, well done. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE!
  : The food could be better (but this is subjective), also, the room we stayed in was far from 4*...needs renovation ASAP.

  : I was in top season with very large crowds. Large dining rooms for breakfast and dinner, however, still very very crowded. Pools are rather small for such a large hotel. Sea beach is sandy, which is rare in Istria. Nice small watherpark for children is available near the hotel main pool.
  : I paid for parking (though very very cheap - 1 EUR), however, there was no parking space left. There should be somekind of parking management in place. I even got a notice that I parked incorrectly - but I had to park there, as all regular places were full.

  : Great swimming pool for children, good playground and mini disco. Beach very near to the hotel
  : Stressful situation at dinner, hectic staff which seemed to be pressured to clear tables even when people were still eating
