  : Perfect location in the city centre on the walking distance from bus and train station. Breakfast. I did not notice any odor. Quiet room.
  : Very unkind owners that run the guest house. I felt very uncomfortable sometimes. There is no lift, parking spots, hairdryer. TV does not work. There is no fridge. So, it is pretty uncomfortable during the summer.

  : The guesthouse, situated within a historic Slovenian inn, boasts a serene and exquisite ambiance. Its location is highly convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from the city center and a mere 5-minute stroll from both the bus and train stations, making it an ideal choice. Moreover, the tranquility and peacefulness of the surroundings add to its charm. The accommodation offers an excellent selection of English-speaking channels on the TV, catering to a variety of preferences, including those seeking "solace". The cleanliness is impeccable, although there was a slight oversight by the cleaning staff on the final day in setting up the bed for us. The breakfast provided is outstanding, featuring a rich and plentiful spread with delectable homemade desserts. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.
  : There is a need for improvement in the quality of the mattresses and pillows as they are hard and quite uncomfortable, with pillows being lumpy. Unfortunately, the opportunity to experience the tavern was missed as it was closed on Saturday due to it being a national holiday, and it is also closed on Sundays; but we found it closed also on Friday evening! Despite this, promotions for typical Slovenian dinners offered in the tavern with a 10% discount for guests were displayed in the breakfast room and reception. The inconsistency in the tavern's advertisement left a sense of disappointment. While the reception staff was available and attentive in the mornings, their absence during the rest of the day and evenings was noted. I'd suggest that the management consider having staff available throughout the day for better service.

  : The authentic style and hospitality of the owners. Warm, clean and comfortable room. I had restful sleep both nights I stayed and the breakfast was nice as well. I would happily stay there again.

  : Good location if arriving by train or bus, just 5 minutes to walk here.A lovely traditional restaurant with 8 rooms dating back to 1800's, clean and comfortable, good breakfast option included, would stay again.

  : Maybe a shampoo or some better soap for the shower could have been nice, since there was the same one used for hands. However, my skin is delicate so this might no be a problem for others.

  : Very good location for bus or train users as the stations were only a few minute's walk away. Also, it was a pleasant walk down to the wonderful riverside area filled with bars and cafes. The guesthouse is run by a helpful and informative family.
  : The guesthouse looked as though it had seen better days and felt slightly dowdy. We had an adequate but small room with not much space for two chaps and their adventure holiday luggage.
