  : The day before checkout the agent contacted us to tell us that if we were going to leave anything other than a perfect 10 out of 10 score we should address our concerns to them and not make them public. That felt wrong - like messing around with people's votes. The whole point of reviews, as I see it, is to let other travellers know of potential problems! This is a great apartment in a great location but it does have a quirk which could be a problem to some people. The entranceway to the apartment is an external hallway that has been enclosed. There is a very tall step up to the bathroom and a second one up to the living areas from this hallway. So, if you're in the apartment and wish to go to the bathroom you have to make a big step down into the hallway, walk a few steps and then make the big step up into the bathroom. If you have any mobility issues - especially knees and hips - you might want to consider this.
