  : The owner was waiting for us despite long delay at arrival . Great location : very quiet place despite only few minutes walk to shops & restaurants. Surrounded by mountains with 360deg scenery. Very good beds & very clean place.
  : We get an update that gave us advantage of private garden & covered parking (not needed in summer) but also disadvantage of bathroom with bath but without shower enforcing to dry the bathroom for 15min after each use ! Wifi is very slow , few TV channels do work .

  : Nice location near the center (the better supermarket and most restaurants are at the other end of the center, but it's only about 20 minutes on foot to cross). The garden could be nice for a childless visitor, to sit for a breakfast, beer or book. Good water pressure and spacious shower.
  : Impossible to stay here with a baby (dangerous stairs and open garden). Would score at aroud 5/10 without the baby issues, 1/10 for us, though, so I gave average. Most uncomfortable couch we ever saw (see pic). You sat directly on a metal bar, and a second one pushed through under the thighs. 2nd bedroom tiny (see pic). Microwave and fridge light broken on arrival, MW replaced next day (we didn't bother reporting fridge). Baby bath was cracked and duct-taped. Owner (Dejan) arrogant and unhelpful. Only worried about money before arrival, didn't answer any of our questions, didn't prepare baby equipment despite promise to do so and denied we asked for it by email! When he did, he told us he doesn't have time to wash the baby bath - we would have done it anyway, but not a great approach. Gave silly 25-minute safety speech at arrival (along the lines of, don't leave the fire on, don't leave stuff inside visible to would-be intruders, etc) and made us wait for this an hour. Dejan emphasized how important it is to close the gate to the property for safety (in fact, he made Kranjska Gora sound like a town of thieves, not sure how common this really is there) - however, there was a second gate where one of the guests parked right next to it which stayed open permanently (see pic). Microwave was placed so high and above the kitchen counter that only a very tall person could reach it safely. We were told off for moving it on the kitchen counter. The chalet had no basic supplies, so bring/buy your own (soap, salt, sugar, tea, etc.). Garden was open to rest of property and through gate, to the street. Good for sitting with friends, but not for baby to play, esp. with dogs running free. This is presented as a luxury property, but it really is very basic, with only the garden being extra. It's probably great if you spend all day outside, but not if you want to actually spend time there.
