  : they have a great office near the flat .if u go bit early no problem waiting room is waiting for u .when u r waiting u can drink coffee or tea. they are giving ur key and show direction for ur flat.Flat is really studio and small but its enough for 2 people for a weekend.Flat was clean ..nice big tv and.great wifi.U can walk to big street just 2 min and u can search for restaurant and cafes. Flat area also very rich area for living.Safe and good security .

  : They did not have hot water for two days and burst water pipe and flooded the entire apartment and no one noticed that we came back and discovered the subject and they compensated us in a room worse than that we had and the employee was so bad that she refused to help or even give us the official number and we came out a day before the end of the term For the damage done to us and the mistreatment I am asking to deduct two days from the total Amount

  : - I liked the comfort of the flat , very new and cosy, with all equipments and great balcon ! - A good service, when WI FI was not good or probem with the divan .- A very quiet place in a résidence.
  : - No possibility for a friend of mine to park his Scooter in the residence ? ( Cars are allowed to park, but not motocycle ?) - The amount taken from my bank account, was not at the name of "Royal Kapital" ? but very different .- Also, They didn't send me an email for that, despite i asked it by 2 calls and one email in Russian from one of my friend. - Take care of the situation of this flat, if you have a fly early in the morning in summer, because it's an island, and the gates of the bridges are closed still 4H45 ! So i need one hour for going to the airport with Taxi despite it was early in the morning !

  : The location was great, a nice restaurant and several supermarkets is around, only 3-10 mins walk. And the view of the room was great, we could see the sunrise and sunset.
  : We have booked a apartment with Jacuzzi, but the tap water was not clean enough and the water pressure was not strong enough, what a waste!And one day, we were got up late and planned to slow down our schedule. Suddenly, we found somebody was knocked our door, we saw two men were there and speaking some Russian, we were so scared and hadn't replied. Then, they unlocked our door and tried to enter, I could just hold the door and asked what do they want, Luckily, they spoken a little Russian and then left.We reported this incident to the reception and asked for an explanation. They said it was a misunderstood, those 2 men were handy man, they just wanted to enter and repair a cabinet. But we said it was not acceptable that nobody noticed us about the plan. Hope they could do better next time.
