: Property location is good, close to many sight-seeing opportunities. Furnishings and facilities are of good quality. It was comfotable to stay there.
: Unhappy with poor communication for arrival. The day before we were asked to send a text to another person who would facilitate our arrival at the property - this we did and were acknowledged. We were asked to text again about an hour before arrival and did so but received no reply. We had arranged an earlier check-in time and arrived at the address in the time frame we had indicated. It appears we waited a 4-5 metres from the exact entry point to the building but nevertheless we were outside the building and waited for an hour, all the time sending text messages. A lady came out of the property and looked about and one of our party tried to explain who we were. However, she went inside again and still we waited. Then we received a text to ask where we were - which we replied to. Eventually the same lady came out and let us in. Unfortunately she was not the person nominated to meet us and could not speak any English. It seemed she was the cleaner. We attempted to communicate using a translator app. After an hour or so another lady arrived who had one or two words of English - it turned out she was the person who was "the manager". She seemed put out when we asked for sufficient hand towels for 4 guests and a bath mat. We later realised there were no tea towels but gave up trying to communicate.The place was generally clean and tidy but the shower waste was blocked by hair and we had to try to unblock it twice. We resorted to hand-towels for tea towels.
