  : Nice and cozy style. Nice beds. Location is great, all the sight seeing nearby. The embankment 10 minutes away on foot!

  : Location is the only thing which is OK
  : I rarely write reviews but this time I have to. After staying in hundreds if not thousands of hotels in my life, this was the worst experience. Not sure, where to start...You get a tea pot but no cups. You have a bath but no curtains so the whole bathroom gets wet. You have to pay a double price for a Suite with sauna but... Sauna is locked with a locker and you need to pay per hour to unlock it. You have a breakfast but you need a real breakfast afterwards. In the room, you can hear every dialogue from the reception and you wake up before the receptionist when somebody is calling from the entrance door. I can continue, but you get the point, right?It was so bad that I thought at some point there must be a hidden camera for a comedy show to see people’s reaction.So stay away unless there are really no other place to stay in Rostov.
