  : Reception girls were friendly and supportive. One receptionist was exceptional - she was very helpful to sort out when we prolonged our stay and moved between rooms.Cleanliness of rooms and hotel overall. Price was reasonable. Ability to store luggage in safe place after checking out from room. We chose option with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was buffet style and it was good with variety of food to choose from. Except omelette (glazok), I liked the rest of food. We ordered dinner by menu and food overall was good. We enjoyed the stay overall in this small hotel.
  : Variety of dinner food was not diverse enough. It would be good to broaden the menu. Lack of ventilation system in hotel. It was getting hot in caridors and within the room - at many occasions we had to turn on AC even when weather outside was not too hot.Space of first triple-room we stayed in was a bit narrow

  : Room is very bright.
  : Carpets were covered with stains. Floor was not dirty but looked not nice. During night hours it was loud technical noise going out from ventilation.

  : We stayed in a classic suite, if I remember correctly, and it was really spacious! Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds.Good location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.Quite close to the Kremlin, a few stops by bus or even less on the subway.The Tagansky park is about 7 minutes away with good playgrounds, an outdoor gym and a skating rink in the winter.Bright colourful carpets :)
  : The breakfast was very modest for the price.Wi-fi didn't work on the 3rd floor during our stay.

  : The location is perfect. Near downtown and close to the metro station.
  : Unfortunately the breakfast is made in a bar “attached” to the hotel and their meal is bad, poor and too few. Three days we were without breakfast: two of them due to the new year holidays and one because we arrived 30 minutes before their closure! We needed to pay even the water... It’s not included in their breakfast!
