  : This property is unique and has a lot of history behind it. The owners were really pleasant to deal with and had a great passion towards hospitality and they truly love their apartment. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Moscow in a superb quality apartment.

  : The host was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to arrive earlier than check in time and leave our luggage. The host was always on her phone answering any of our questions instantly before and during our stay.
  : The shower needs renovation: there were some tiles missing. My main concern was cleanliness of bed linen and towels.

  : The apartment has a fantastic location. It is a spacious and comfortable apartment. Early check-in was possible.
  : I sent a message to the host to inquire about the possibility of leaving the bags at 9 A.M. until check-in time. I was informed immediately that it was possible to store the luggage in the apartment. When we got to the apartment it was impossible to locate the same. I tried to call but no one answered. I sent a message through the booking to which at the end of some time I received an answer, stating that we were allowed an early check-in at 11:00 a.m. Only then were we given the directions on how to find the apartment.At the time of check-in, we were informed that the payment would have to be in cash and that the breakfast that was included in the reservation, after all, could not be provided.Two days after the reservation, the booking was changed, rectifying the price paid for the fact that we did not have breakfast. However, the change was in the price in the daily, not having been removed breakfast, which does not correspond strictly to what happened.The rooms in this apartment have little privacy and the living room does not have blackout curtains.

  : It's quite big for four people, the location is near the red square and the staff was very helpful.
  : There's not much privacy since the door to the toilett and to the second bedroom are kinda see-through.

  : The bathroom is poor. Shower doesn’t work properly. I informed them, they didn’t reply on that. Just managed to finish bath. Either you get full hot water or full cold water.

  : The location is good and it is convenient to go to other places in Moscow as it is located near a Metro station, about 5-min walk.
  : I have make a reservation of a three-bedroom apartment as stated in booking.com, but it was only a 1-bedroom apartment when I arrived there. Then I asked the person-in-charge to change another apartment for us as stated in our reservation, however, the changed apartment was only a 2-bedroom one and one of us had to sleep on a removable bed for three nights.

  : This apartment is in a wonderful location. Walk to Red Square, Metro Station close by, supermarket over the road, lots of restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good value for money. Metro Station is only short walk away.
