  : Katrin is very helpfull and speaks English fluently, which is rare in Moscow. She also provided for breakfast bread, cheese, sausages, milk, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea. The apartment is located in a well connected area, just 2 blocks away from the subway and a bus stop. Very close to centre. Also next to a bank and close to several restaurants and supermarkets.

  : First of all, we liked that the hotel is in the centre of Moscow, so you reach every important sights with metro or by walk easily. Comfortable bed, well-equipped room with kettle, TV, wardrobe, washing machine in the bathroom and further additional things like hairdryer, iron or toothbrush. You have the chance to use the fridge and the common kitchen! (There are three rooms in total in the hotel.)
  : The breakfast service was terrible, really disappointing for us. We found dust on our bed. The kettle was a little bit dirty. Really hard to find the place even though the owner sent us a map, but to be frank the hotel is situated in the fourth level of a storeyed house without any helping sign.

  : As guest you have to make sure that you arrange a meeting with the hostess in front of the building. Otherwise one cannot find it. There are no signs.

  : It was quiet at night, good bed and pillows. Private bathroom for the room we chose. Common kitchen, equipped with everything you need. I received eggs, sausages, milk, bread, cheese and water for breakfast, for the first mornings. Katrin was a very discreet and careful host to our questions and needs. I recommend this property to those who want decent accommodation at a decent cost.

  : Katrin was really friendly. It was a bless staying in her place. The location is perfect, very close to the metro. It was nice too have a shower and toilet in the room, even shampoo and showergel were provided.
  : The matrass in the bed could have been better. The kitchen has no windows, so it was a bit dark. The breakfast provided was not really my taste (sausages, sweet yoghurts, Russian cheese, eggs, bread), but maybe for others it's a good deal.
