  : The procedure of checking in is very complicated. It took more than an hour. First, we had to call someone to come although I had emailed them to tell the exact time of arrival. Then, the procedure of payment.... We had a deal to pay by credit card (I contacted them the day before to make sure that they accept that kind of paying and they confirmed) and the lady who came wanted to make a photo of my credit card. Since that wasn't acceptable, the problem(s) started. She didn't know a word of English so we had to use Google translate. That wasn't helpful so she called someone. They insisted on a photo or cash. Long story short, after more than an hour, she took a slip (with that old machine for credit cards) and somehow we paid.Also, they'd known that something is wrong with the doorknob and didn't tell us. So, next day when we came home late in the night, we couldn't open the door. After 15 minutes of trying, we entered. Not an experience I would recommend to anyone.
