  : The room was very clean, orderly, we were provided with clean towels, free toiletries, clean (and fluffy) robes, shoe cleaning towelettes, secure magnetic cards to access the room and be able to use the elevator - that's definitely a 10/10 in security!Tea making station was very nice, a small electric kettle with two mugs, spoons, and three different varieties of tea. Sugar, and of course a small selection of drinks and snacks that cost extra. Laundry service is available at extra cost. The room's temperature was regulated with AC and not central water heating, the toilet's floor was warm and the shower was easy to figure out. The SPA was great! At the time of our stay we had to call and book before visiting it due to COVID-19 restrictions. The staff provides with disposable shower shoes if you haven't got any! Separate changing rooms are available for ladies and men. Breakfast was buffet-styled with a decent variety. The coffee was absolutely wonderful, and there was yogurt and cereal available as well. The location of the hotel is not far from two metro stations, both on the orange line, very centered which made it so fast to get to the main landmarks like the red square and some museums. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and grocery shops around. Also, staff will make room for baggage in case you arrive early and leave late.
