  : the swimming pool and sauna in the hotel was reseved my “somebody” - receptionist told us. we could not use the hotel facilities because somebody had reserved them for his own :) first time i came across something like this. in the center of moscow! in a four star hotel! not only that, stains on the bed cover, only one towel in a double room, no hair dryer. management should think about the reputation of the hotel, because the location is amazing, its a pity.

  : Good location, very spacious room and big-big bath tub suitable for two. Teapot and decent teabags were there as well.
  : Toilet had someone's hairs on the seat. Hot water ended, once the bathtub was half-filled, several light bulbs didn't work and the general vibe is a bit of a hotel in Turkey vs Moscow.

  : Location is excellent, because the hotel is located in the centre, between green line metro stations of Mayakovskaya (2 stations only of distance to the Red Square) and Belaruskaya and nearly 700m away from Belaruskaya train station. For those complaining about the distance... come on, it's Moscow, every place you want to go you need to walk and 700m distance is not that much because you do it easily there (don't be lazy :) ). You have plenty of shops and places to eat or drink nearby and the area is very beautiful.The staff (everyone) was very friendly and always available to help.Wi-fi with great speed connections and for free.The room was large. Bathroom with great conditions and good hot water and power of the shower and other things offered.They offer 2 bottles of water and they provide machine for coffee and tea as well as enough towels.Cleaning everyday and they leave the room in perfect conditions.Great place to stay if you come in business or with your family. Really safe area.You have a lift too that works pretty well.
  : Breakfast was one of the weakest I have ever had in a hotel - even for a 2 stars hotel: 2 slices of cheese, jam, 2 fried eggs and 2 sausages, one small yogurt, one croissant, 2 juices and tea and coffee. No option. Just this. And no fruit either. Too bad to be true.The bed wasn't as good as it should be and pillows are both too big and hard.(I don't consider the old fashioned decoration a bad thing... it's just a matter of taste and when I chose a hotel I don't take into account decoration only the factors I mentioned before.)
