  : It was sadly the worst experience we had during our europe tour. The house couldnt be found at the location it was mentioned. We had to walk around the neighborhood in order to find the house that looked like the pictures. When we finally found it, no one was there to let us in. We called the owner which didnt answer the booking messages at all.when they finally answered the phone, the owner didnt speak english at all and put someone else on the phone who indeed spoke english. They finally sent someone there (after 2 hours from the message that we arrived at the location) but that person didn t speak english either. They were asking for more money than what booking was showing and we had to talk again on the phone with the english person who mentioned that if we dont pay they will have to pay the difference and when we mentioned that we would leave and not stay for the night if they dont follow the agreed price, they agreed to accept the booked amount. In addition to everything, the house was pretty dirty, the sheets didnt seem to have been changed at all and the bathrooms werent cleaned either. It was obvious they didnt prepare the house for any guest arrival.Very bad experience and wouldnt recommend it to anyone else who is not local.. actually wouldnt recommend to anyone unless the owner steps up their game.
