  : The apartment was specious and clean, good quality bed, equipet kitchen with all you might need. Location is very good. Very quiet compared to overcrouded Zlatibor centre, and still 5 min drive to the centre.
  : The water in the pool was not clean. The only entartainment for the children was the garden pool, but water was to cold and not clean. Our apartment was in the ground floor and the view was only at the parked cars in front of the apartment. Area around the building is just parking plot, without sitting area or small playground for the children.

  : Parking spaces were ample, always important when travelling by car. The location, for us was good in that the property is not smack-bang in the middle of the town itself, so relatively quiet (more on that below). The grounds are well kept, the staff friendly (and apologetic, see more on that below) and the natural surroundings quite beautiful. Unfortunately, that was about all that we liked.
  : I am not one for making a habit from complaining and usually tend to overlook shortcomings as just minor. However, this property doesn't deserve the rating of, apparently, a 4 star resort.We thought we booked a room with either pool view, mountain view or at least any view. Instead they put us up in a souterrain (semi basement) with a view of the bricks that make up the street.The bed was most uncomfortable which left us no option than to sleep on the sofa instead.There was no airco, but we knew that. We did, however, expect at least a fan of some sort. There wasn't one.The fusebox made this continuous 'humming sound' that kept you awake, so we just flipped the master switch. That meant that every electrical appliance stopped working but at least we could get a quiet night's sleep. Or, so we thought.Both nights, around midnight, someone decided this to be a great time to deliver (we think) laundry with a van they parked in front of our window. All very well but the driver didn't switch off the engine, hence, because we left our window slightly open (to let some air in) the room filled with exhaust fumes.Then the driver and colleague behaved as if they were the ONLY ones at the property. They were opening and SLAMMING shut the van doors with such force it made us sit up straight. Then, to overcome the engine noise, in order to communicate, they had to shout at at each other.The property cleaners overlooked a full bag of food in one of the cupboards which, judging by the mouldy contents, had evidently been there quite some time.The swimming pool, could be described as a cesspool.The water was grey, probably because the pool's water wasn't being filtered and there were maybe just 4-6 sunbeds, without umbrellas, for a property that accommodates hundreds.The property restaurant had a menu but when we asked to order we were told not to take too much notice of the items on offer. So, why have a menu?
