  : Nothing really.
  : The place is absoulte trash with very unpleasant staff. The room looks like one of those you stayed in on school trips in primary school. Door of the shower doesnt work, so the whole tiny bathroom is soaked in water after taking a bath. For this value you can rent a flat nearby with a perfect view of the river.

  : All of the staff were really nice and helpful. We had a probem with a bathroom one day and by the time we got back to the hotel everything was solved. The location is nice, if you are going to the Exit festival it's about 15-20 minutes walk.
  : The sheets were stained and the room didn't seem clean at all. We slept on our clothes becaue we didn't want to touch the bed sheets. On our 2nd day the toilet bowl started to leak excessively and the whole bathroom floor was covered in 2 cm of water, we've heard that the room below us was consequently flooded, but the problem was fixed in a few hours.

  : If you're going to Exit festival, I reccomend the location. The AC worked well, the room was clean. The staff is nice, especially we would like to sent our good wishes to night receptor there, he was very kind.
  : We were surprised when the hotel approached to us 1 months before our staying in Novi Sad. They said that we have to pay 50% of our payment 1 moth before, on some account (that had no relation with the Hotel). Other 50% payment had to be payed by cash on our entrance (+provision, so the bank took 7e with our first transaction, because it was to Serbia, and than the hotel took about 25e more because of provision). So the price wasn't the same as was planned on booking, because conversion. Rooms are small, but we didn't spent much time in there (we were in Novi Sad because od the Exit festival). The second day our bathroom started leaking from the room above us, the staff didn't seem very surprised and sent someone to solve the problem. The fourth day of our staying we kindly asked for more towles, because we only got one big towel per person. The shower cabin was also broken.

  : uncomfortable beds, no AC when it was advertised, poor to none water pressure in the shower, rooms view looked directly into a wall half a meter away.
