  : Fantastic location - walking distance everywhere, carpark 2 min from apartment, quiet street with no noise but 3 minutes from the very centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed
  : We got a wrong code to the door that forced us to use the internet in non-European roaming to get the proper one. At the day of the check out the cleaning lady came at 10.45 and started cleaning while we were packing in a rush - not very nice. it would be better if the owner informed us that she will arrive a bit before the check out (that is at 11) so we would get prepared.

  : Flat is spacious and location is great
  : There is no flexiblity when it comes to checkout, 11 am is too early for checkout and host couldnt extend it to 12. Parking is big problem in this area. No secured spot like its says in booking. For 3 people in flat would be great to get 2 pairs of keys (full pairs)

  : Close to center, not on the main street so it is in the quiet area and away from the city noise.
  : There is a problem with parking in that area, it would be nice to have an arrangement for the parking for guests. Also, reccommendation to have the dishes stored in a closed space and not at the open on a shelf.

  : The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, yet in a very quiet place. The windows have functioning blinds. The AC works nicely. The beds are clean, and the linens are very pleasant. When we did encounter a problem (with bathroom sink), it was obvious that all the staff got genuinely interested and engaged in solving it. We were offered an immediate visit by a technician (although it was already evening, so we declined), and the issue was resolved the next morning, after making sure we are ok with the technician entering the flat while we were not there. Very professional and friendly communication with the guy, btw.
  : Issues happen, especially in the flats intended for short term rents, like this one. It is more important that they actually have a system to address and fix them asap. Congrats.
