: House as such is great, as well as the nature around it (the woods) but landlord is far from it...
: Landlord push you to use the logs ( at winter time) and put it all day long into the stove, not to burn the electrisity You can use electricity by pressing the switch but old lady (landlord) check every 5 minutes did you put the wood into the stove (boiler). Madness..Also, if you plan to have some of your friends to come over to coffee, count on extra charge. Who ever enters to the house (you paid above the market price) landlord will knock on your door and ask for extra money

: This property has excellent location with its close proximity to the center of Kaludjerske Bare and hotel Omorika and at the same time being removed enough to ensure tranquility. Cottage feels new, with well thought planning, attention to details and new furniture. Furniture feels new, bathroom appliances as well, overall cleanliness is excellent, sleep quality is brilliant due to good mattresses and pillows. Cottage has a nice terrace, living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor and one separate bedroom and a pass through bedroom. After a disappointing 4 night stay in Mokra gora we enjoyed our stay in this property immensely. Close to this property, we would recommend a walk to the viewpoint (vidikovac, some 2-3 km by foot), running path (trim staza) close to Omorika hotel, lunch at the Hotel Javor (close to Omorika) and overall enjoyment in walks through the woods. We would highly recommend vacation in Tara mountain due to overabundant nature present and the quality of air, property in question met most of our requirements and therefore we do recommend it as well.
: On the other hand there are certain potential issues due to location and a size of the tv, fact that cable tv is not available and that wi fi is available on the terrace and not in the cottage. Fortunately all of the above stated did not interfere with our enjoyment however it might be an unfortunate issue to different travelers. Proprietor did say that she will try to install a wi fi boosting device, also tv can accept usbs and play saved files.
