  : The hotel occupies the first floor in a residential building, it doesnt have F&B facilities but it was not an issue for us at all. Lots of cafes around. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is somewhat small and deserves an uplift but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful and responsive (although it is not 24 hours on the location but it didnt matter for us, and they are reachable on the phone). Some reviews complained about the street noise but we didnt have this problem (perhaps because our room faced the by-lane but we didnt feel too noisy in the street either). We stayed in the room where the sofa was convertible into a bed which our two kids fit comfortably enough. Making the whole accommodation a good value.
