: The property was in a very central location, right next to Republic Square. The bed was great, with an exceptionally comfortable memory foam mattress, and had a great night's sleep both nights. Conveniently located very close to local supermarket. Spacious apartment with air con.
: When we initially booked, the property was quick to get in touch through Whatsapp to say hello and to offer options for transfers from airport/station. We communicated our plans clearly in terms of arrival over 24 hours in advance, however it seems the property is managed by more than one person and the person with whom we told our plans didn't pass this on to their colleague. We communicated an hour in advance on the day as requested, and eventually arranged our own taxi from the train station to Belgrade. Our taxi dropped us off at slightly the wrong place and phone contact with the guy who checked us in was patronising and unhelpful, talking over me when I tried to explain where we were. When we eventually arrived he was effectively shouting at us for not telling him our plans (when and how we were arriving) and after we showed him the Whatsapp communication with his colleague he complained about his colleague not telling him, and then went on to complain about various other guests planning late check-ins. He eventually took us into the apartment and was quick to take a seat and make himself at home, despite our best efforts to say that we didn't want any further advice on places to go and just wanted to go to bed. It was an unfortunate start which sadly tainted our stay, and the whole unpleasant check-in experience could have easily been avoided with better communication.

: Beautiful, spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Thanks to the electric cooker we could have meals at the apartment. With the air conditioner and window blinds we had perfect sleeping conditions.
: The bathroom was a bit narrow. Once, after turning on the boiler, water in shower was still not very warm. There was a very slight cigarettes smell in the apartment.
