: Nice and quiet room with spacious and comfy bed. Great view from the terrace, I was enjoying the sound of nature coming from the river and park accross the hotel. The breakfast was very rich. SPA is very big, with many different rooms, including the cold room - my favourite. All in all, everything seems to be prepared in this hotel to the tiniest detail - great work from the hotel staff and management.
: I was not super impressed with SPA. The pool inside could be somehow more close to the SPA zone. Also, Jakuzzi is realively small and located on the position where a lot of noise is coming from Jakuzzi into all other SPA areas. Quitness in the SPA could be improved somehow.

: The staff was incredible! They were always pleasant, polite, and very helpful. They were the best part of our stay. Everything was very clean and well-decorated. There was plenty of fresh, well-prepared food. The room was spacious and very quiet. There were many well-maintained saunas, showers, and spa facilities. It's located next to a beautiful town within a 5-minute walk that has great food.
: The most beautifully decorated part of the hotel is for smokers. But that's not the worst part, it's in an open space area that shares the same space and air with the "non-smoking" area. This is completely pointless because there are children playing in the "non-smoking" area that is literally in the same room as the smoking area. There is a ventilation system but once two or more people start smoking you can smell the smoke outside of this area. There are three pools and we couldn't really swim in any of them. Here's why. The first one is a small and shallow pool mostly meant for children. The second one is an outside pool that is not heated and the water was freezing. The third one is 1/4 the size of a standard Olympic pool, 1/3 of it is very shallow and children constantly kept on jumping into it, yelling and splashing. There were no signs indicating that this is not allowed and there was never any lifeguard next to the pool.
