: The Villa was overall very good plenty space large rooms good area short walk to supermarket taxi very reasonable
: There was a smell from drains in One of the bathrooms could do with gardens spraying lot of ants

: Location was good outdoor table and beds at pool nice toilet downstairs was nice but all lights not working
: It was extremely old fashioned kitchen doors on cupboards open one door and the other falls down,light bulbs out in lots of places,pool needs desperately tiled my grandson cut his feet and his side also mosquitos absolutely horrendous,wifi poor no ironing board,upstairs shower was leaking to downstairs lights outside shutter doors banging through the night didn't close properly

: the location was ok, ish. further out than expected but Ubers into vilamoura needed
: lots. the place is old and tired, the kitchen is basic, the patio doors didnt close, the shower doors were difficult, Wi-Fi ok from some rooms but not good in others. The pool was cleaned whilst there which was inconvenient and invaded our privacy. there was no welcome pack or cleaning pack. the bottle opener was broken so had to buy new one. no coffee pods or water supplied. But, as the seashel/algarve holidays said were not promoting a new house or a luxury house so be warned. Not the worsed of it, the noise from the neighbours, of dog barking all morning is not good, then when this is relinquished then the leaf blower starts. this was so bad i left a day early to get so sleep. Aparrently, this is my fault and i quote It can happen, if you chose a property that is next door to many others. if i was the owner of this property I wouldnt be happy with the service. oh and they kept my 500 euro deposit for over a week after i left.
