Sheets are only changed for stays longer than 10 nights. Except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that guests wishing to check-out earlier will be charged the full amount of the original reservation. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. Please note that a security deposit will be charged at check-in, as follows: - EUR 300 - Studio - EUR 400 - One-Bedroom Apartment This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.
