: Very luxurious Appartment, perfect for a couple or a group of 3-4. It is centrally located and the amenities are extremely good. The Appartment was very spacious and had a warm, cozy feeling!
: Had a little hard time figuring out how the coffee machine worked!

: The apartment is tired. The pillows are done. So old and thin. It's a pandemic, they should be replaced regularly. Linnens were not good enough. This is Portugal which has the best linnens and cotton in Europe! It felt like everything was from IKEA. Cheap and cheerful. There was one Shower gel/soap in the apartment for two bathrooms. We could have brought our own but the lisiting said ammentities were included. We had to cart the gel up and down the stairs everytime we wanted to bathe. We had one thin tea towel in the kitchen for a six day stay. The towels were cheap - one small hand towel and small bath towel for six days was insufficient. The showers are vinyl and very slippery when wet. The drain in the main bathroom kept coming loose, making it even more dangerous. We couldn't see ourself in the upstairs bathroom mirror as the mirror is mounted on a wall that only goes up to your shoulders. There were wet dishes in the dishwasher. And then there was the ongoing renovations to the apartment next to us which woke us up and started at 8:30 and the constant banging went until 4pm. We realize renovations happen but we would have appreciated notice that we would be distrurbed. We love Porto and would not stay in this apartment again. Very disappointed.
