  : Room is ok (but pillow is a disaster). Position is ok (20 min walking from the city center).
  : Location looks very old outside. Bad smell inside the building. Cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast is totally UNACCEPTABLE!

  : Nice sized room and bathroom. Electronic shades provide excellent blockage of light. Staff friendly and courteous / helpful. Parking available close by. Hardwood floors and tile used throughout the property is nicely done. Decor is simple and stylish.
  : UNACCEPTABLE SMELL OF SEWAGE ON MAIN LEVEL AND FIRST FLOOR HALLWAY. Luckily room was fine and AC worked well. Moldings in room and staircases were dusty. Cup on bathroom vanity showcased wet, dark mold. Toilet paper dispenser attached to bowl brush was unappealing and base is rusty. White walls in room display fingerprints/ dirt by doors and windows. Outdoor space with only 2 tables, weeds and dead vegetation/ debris everywhere. Beautiful fountain unkept / nonfunctional. No proper lighting outdoors for night time arrival. Complimentary breakfast lacked fresh rolls and croissants which seemed to be a staple in the previous 4 bed and breakfasts I have stayed at across Portugal this week.

  : Breakfast was better on the mornings when bacon, eggs and decaf coffee were available. We loved our room and bathroom-very spacious. The views were beautiful.
  : Our air conditioner didnt work. It was pleasant sleeping with the windows open, except for the mosquitos and barking dogs.

  : Rooms are comfortable and spacious and clean. However in both of the rooms the airco did not work. We did not get notice of this before. After we complained the hotel answered that we could book another hotel. Not a good service.
  : Airco did not work. The first morning the breakfast was fine. The second morning a lot of food was missing.
