WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to the property’s group booking conditions. Full payment for standard rate/flexible rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date and the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made.

The property reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay where any guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour.

Due to the nature of the property, the property is not suitable or recommended for stag, hen or similar parties.

Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests under 18 are included in the occupancy level for your apartment. Under no circumstances should the maximum occupancy level be exceeded.

If you intend to arrive later than 00:00 on your arrival date please notify the resort as soon as possible.

Special requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations and views cannot be guaranteed.

The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. While the hotel/resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.

Please note that use of a swimming cap is mandatory for the indoor pool. Swim caps are available at an extra charge of EUR 4 per person.

Please be advised that pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.
