Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Vitor's Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that Vitor's Village will have some services restrictions during the months of February, March and November:
- Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:30 and may be continental or buffet;
- Cleaning and towels twice a week; linen once a week;
- Courtesy bus available from the first of April to 16th November.
- Skyline Bar closed, the bar service is offered at the Restaurant until 23:00.
- Several other services might not be available during this period. For further information, please contact the front desk.

Please note that the lunch meal included in the full board rate is served at the snack-bar and includes a starter, a light meal and a dessert from the snack-bar menu.

Please note that Half-Board and Full-Board meals do not include drinks.

Children from 0 to 3 years old have 100% discount on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children from 4 to 12 years old have a 50% discount on breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Please note that we do not have special menus for Vegan and vegetarian guests.

Please note that the bed type provided may vary depending on availability.

Please note that for non-refundable reservations, the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card must be presented at check-in.
