  : Apartment is huge having basement room, ground level, 1st floor level 2 bedrooms, 2nd floor level 1 bedroom. Having an indoor elevator, private terraces. Ms. Patricia and Mr. Ricardo were very helpful and assisted us where required. We were given a discount on our apartment rates and apologised for their error on non availability of washing machine since they had confirmed that it was available in the apartment.
  : No hanging hooks in bathrooms. No washing machine inspite of the property confirming on email that it was available. Only 1 garbage bag was given for 4 nights stay.

  : Beautiful views and a lot of room across four floors. Very nice outdoor areas. Very responsive hosts when had issue with elevator.
  : Location was a little difficult to find. Small things needed such as kitchen towels, napkins/paper towels. Despite emailing check in time several times, we had to wait a while for the keys to arrive.

  : Very Hard beds,broken air conditioning, no dish washer, no cloth washer and dryer, no had rails for older people. Nothing in your advertising indicates a four-story apartment. Past statements by past, tenants indicated that they also had trouble with the air-conditioning. Im not sure that you ever took care of the air-conditioning or ever got it fixed.

  : The location is unbeatable. You are going to be right in the middle of the action. There is a Minipreo market that has everything you might need that is only 6 minutes walking distance. Fantastic amenities, kitchen, bathooms, bedrooms, dining room, living room, terrace, balcony all great! The view is amazing, and the terrace was one of the main selling points for us... However the construction next door is an issue. Evenings and nights were nice, because the construction continues only till 5-6pm. If you are an early riser, and you will spend most of the day out, than no problem. If you are planning to spend the day in the property, forget about using the terrace.
  : My goodness, the construction next door. We were awakened around 7:30am every morning during the week by the trucks coming in. Here is my biggest dislike about this stay. In February, I contacted the management and asked about the construction, as we were all worried after reading the reviews. The nice lady told me on the phone "Well, we cannot know for sure, because we are not the ones doing the construction, but I think it should be over by the time of your stay". Well, as you can see in the images I share below, the two buildings next to the property are GUTTED. They only have the outside walls, and there is MAJOR construction being done. I cannot know about the state of the construction for sure either, but I can tell you that this will most probably continue for at least another year!
