: The rooms are big and well decorated. The view is very good.
: The access to the building and to the apartment in the building is very problematic. Theres not enough equipment in the apartment. The mattresses in the beds are very uncomfortable.

: Brand new flat in a renovated building occupies two upper floors. Great view, 10 min walk to the main sightseeings. The flat is way better than in the pictures, with a lot of natural light and fresh air (we didn't use AC even on hot days). Fast WI-FI, all facilities you might need. Many great restaurants are within 10 min walk (Papavihnos is highly recommended), few mini groceries around, large supermarket is 1km away.
: LoveStay, who manages the property, is not really good at customer service: There is no Whatsapp or other messenger chat - you have to call the bank-like number where you spend 2 min clicking the buttons before you reach the operator, who struggles to help you find the apartment in the middle of the gothic quarter. Access code is never shared before the check-in - you have to chase them to get it ( I lived in Lovely Stay managed apartments in Lisbon and Porto). Dear Lovely Stay team, It's 2022 - using a messenger for customer service became a standard five years ago - I rented five properties in Portugal during the last month. You are the only one who doesn't use WhatsApp to communicate with your customers.

: people from lovelystay are zero flexible, and rude at some moments, 10 minutes before check out they were already knocking at the door and a person was calling me to leave the apartment. even called me to ask if, after the checkout, I took the keys with me - accusingly -, but the keys were at the door.
