  : Apartment layout, comfortable bed
  : The facilities that were stated on booking were missing. No hairdryer, iron, coffee maker or toiletries. Lack of information regarding buses, metro, or taxi or how to get into the city.No local maps or other info leaflets. Mould in sealant around the shower, shower head blocked with limescale and wall damp and damaged in bathroom..

  : The location is very nice. The design of the apartment very cosy and modern. There is everything you need in terms of appliances (iron, hairdryer, cutlery,kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, ac)
  : Dirty. Very dirty and disgusting shower, with bunch of mold. The only clean things were bedding and towels. Everything else is very questionable, unfortunately. Dead cockroaches around the house were a shock. No one even cleaned their dead bodies before check in. The owner helped us later to sweep them , but the poison and some of the other dead and very much alive insects were still with us. Please clean the apartment better and it will be a perfect stay!

  : The location is excellent. Very close to the metro, a 30 min walk to the centre but also very close to a good range of restaurants and shops. Visually the apartment (we stayed in number 6) was lovely. Overall the cleanliness was good, ample towels etc. There was a decent amount of kitchen space and enough crockery/ cutlery/ glass.The court yard is pleasant and sunny. The staff were helpful over the whatsapp
  : The oven tripped the electric, as did using the hob rendering the kitchen useless (this happened both times we tried to use it so we gave up) The toaster was broken so we had to hold the slider down to make it toast. There is a strong smell of damp that seems to be coming from the washing machine cupboard - powerful smell that was really strong when arrived but was eased by opening the windows. The pillows on the bed were awful, worn out, thin, IKEAs cheapest pillows. There were spares but even with two pillows each we might as well have been laid flat! Annoyingly the shower head doesn't fit in the shower head holder so when you.turn the shower on it comes out of the holder and starts spraying about. It's a real shame because we a couple of simple fixes (ie save wiring of appliances and a decent pillow!) This would be a really lovely place to stay but ultimately no point being in self catering if the over cooking facilities don't work! If the problems listed were fixed this would be a 8/10 property as it would rate it a 5.
