  : When I get told that nobody will come to check out the water running down the walls from the upstairs apartment unless I send photos...I barely know how to answer my phone!].

  : The accommodation is located super central and close to all Porto highlights. Everything looks just like the property pictures - what you see is what you get.
  : Upon arrival the accommodation was full of long black hairs and had multiple dirty stains still on the kitchen worktop and sinks. The bathroom also had multiple mold formations. A second cleaning after complaining removed the stains, but the hairs were still there. Cleaning fee was refunded after complaining again. The ceiling had an active leakage, causing flowing water over the walls. We had clear nuisance of this, even at night, but after several attempts the hosts didn't seem to care much about it. Very odd, if you ask us. There's a Starbucks air-conditioning in front of the door, which can be hellish and quite a white noise...

  : was not clean: dried blood on floor, carpet not vacuumed for some time, dust and fluff on skirting boards, spiderwebs.sheets very thin and stained, hair in the bed, grubby mattress no protector, throw and cushions on bed not been washed for long time.no extras: no plug, detergent or tea towel in kitchen, people staying above kept us awake, very noisy No natural light(blind broken) and no fresh air. the light had 10 bulbs that needed replacing when trying to check in not easy, didnt respond to any emails- spoke to other people while on tours
