  : the door was hard to unlock, this was a cause for concern at points. we needed to call the admin staff to come show us how to open and close it properly.

  : Score 2.5 because I can't punctuate less. Worst experience of my life. The kitchen had a water tank / boiler that made an incredibly constant loud noise making impossible to sleep. The company managing the property 1. didn't send anybody to repair the boiler even though we complained and went physically to their office, 2. Didn't offer us another suitable apartment, 3. Is not willing to refund the cost of the booking even though we couldn't sleep one minute in two days. I will keep complaining escalating to the Portuguese ASAE if necessary. They literally ruined our weekend in Porto as there were no other available hotels nor booking.com offered a suitable alternative. We ended up leaving one day before but still paying for the full booking. One of the representatives working at the company managing the apartment confirmed the problem with the noise in the boiler had been there for two months. We sent this member of the team a video with the noise and the employee agreed that couldn't sleep there either with those conditions. Still waiting for a refund and an apology. I will post all screenshots, messages, videos, recorded phone calls and conversations with the company managing the property AND booking.com in my personal blog with 419,576 followers for transparency so you can judge yourselves.

  : - no signage to show where the apartment actually is- door access was incredibly painful as others have mentioned in previous reviews- check in time was delayed as the room was not cleaned, had to sit on the stairs outside for over an hour- shower gel bottle was empty- no air con- different access code for outside gate, elevator and lock box- when you want to check out, you first need to go down and unlock the front gate with the key, then get someone to stay there and hold it open while you go return to key just so you can leave
