No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the city tax is only charged to guests aged 13 or older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.

Please note that late arrivals are subject to the following surcharges:
- From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 30;
- From 00:00 until 08:30: EUR 45.
